Untitled Group & XIII Touring are pleased to present Beth McCarthy ‘IDK How To Talk to Aussie Girls’ this October!
UK pop-rock artist Beth McCarthy is heading to Australia for the first time, bringing hits from her debut release IDK How To Talk To Girls down under. One of the loudest voices in the LGBTQIA+ community, McCarthy’s aptly named ‘IDK How To Talk to Aussie Girls’ tour will hit Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney this October. Known for viral tracks like “She Gets The Flowers” and “Omg Did She Call Him Baby?”, fans can hear their favourite tracks live across the East Coast at Brisbane’s The Brightside on 9 October, Melbourne’s Howler on 12 October and Factory Theatre in Sydney on 13 October.
Beth’s latest single “Good Bi”, supported by Instagram UK’s Next Generation Artists Programme, gained major BBC Radio 1 support and captured the attention of Australia’s very own LGBTQ+ icon G Flip. Beth McCarthy navigates identity, love and friendships with charm and unapologetic vulnerability. Originally hailing from York in England, London-based Beth McCarthy has played main stages at major festivals across UK and EU, including the iconic BBC R1's Big Weekend, PinkPop, Pride events in multiple European cities and Reeperbahn Festival, where Beth is 1 of 6 artists nominated for The Anchor Award 2024.
The road ahead promises to be massive for Beth, with the first single from her next project due out in October and a mammoth UK and European tour scheduled for early next year.
